Videos Loading Slowly?

We host our videos on a high-bandwidth server, however some people (about 10%) are having trouble getting them to completely load. Here's a solution that works:

Start the video and then hit pause while it loads into the window. It'll might take a few minutes, but it allows the video to buffer before you start watching it. On older computers it also may help to hit the refresh button a few times before playing.
